KEY PERSON APPROACH

Each child is allocated a key person before they start at Pre-School. The key person's first role is to help settle the child into the group, getting to know both the child and their family. The key person works with the parents to plan and deliver a personalised plan for the child's well-being, care and learning. The key person is responsible for developmental records and for sharing information on a regular basis with the child's parents.
